Ensure that UTBMS Codes are enabled in your Billing Settings. From your account's Settings page, select Billing under the Clio Settings column.
- From there, select the sub-tab UTBMS Codes
- Check Use UTBMS Codes
- Check the box beside each code set you would like to use
- Click Update UTBMS Settings
When entering a Time Entry or Expense, you may not find the UTBMS Task Code listed in the drop-down. You may type in the code instead.
