Documents Not Syncing Between Box and Clio


  • Clio document is not showing in Box


  • Clio Manage


The document has to be uploaded into the Box tab of Clio Documents


Please make sure to upload the document into the Box (instead of Documents) tab in Clio.  That way the document will show up in Box.

If you're still having issues syncing, please contact Support.
