When a Co-Counsel Also Has a Clio Account, Will Both Users Automatically Have Access to Their Own Clio Connect Account Once Something Has Been Shared?

Why do I not see Clio Connect as an option to toggle over to?
Both Users will have to have shared something to be able to toggle from their full Clio account to their own Clio Connect account. Please see the above linked article from our Help Center for the steps to toggle to your Clio Connect account from within your Clio account.
