- I misspelled the client's name when I originally setup the matter and now the matter name will not update after correcting the contact's name. How do I correct the matter name to reflect the updated contact's name.
- Clio Manage
- Make sure the contact name is corrected
- Go to the matter and click Edit matter at the top right
- At the bottom of the edit screen check the option Update matter number
- Click Save matter
- Refresh the page
