If I Refund A Payment In Clio That Has Already Been Deposited Into Quickbooks Online, Will This Affect My Quickbooks Online Account?

  • Refund paid Bill that has synced with Quickbooks Online

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • This is referring to a manual refund, not to be confused with a Clio Payment Refund.

Answer:

Yes, you will need to do double entry for this. First remove the payment from Clio, then remove it from Quickbooks Online.
