A third-party integration with Contact sync may have caused this issue. You may look at the Firm Feed for additional clues.
- Select Dashboard
- Select the Firm Feed tab
- Select Filer from the right
- Change the Type to Person
Looking through the Firm Feed may help you identify if multiple contacts have been modified at an identical date and time. This usually indicates a Contact sync of some sort with another software. Check with any third-party integrations you may have connected to Clio.
