How Can I Make An Optional e-Signature/Initial Field when preparing a Document in Clio Manage

Objective:

  • Add multiple Initials Fields but only require one to be selected/Initialed
  • Can I add a Signature Field that is not required to complete the form

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • HelloSign

Answer:

  • Yes, you can. When you are preparing a document for eSignature In HelloSign, after you place your signature field on the document.  A "Required Field" toggle will appear on the right-hand side, which you can switch off.
