Why Am I Seeing Blank Pages on a Scanned Document That I'm Sending For E-Signature in Clio Manage?

Issue:

  • Some pages of scanned document show as blank with a broken page icon when preparing them for e-signature in Manage

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Resolution:

Please try an incognito window in your web browser and if that doesn't work, switch to a cellular (instead of wifi) internet connection on your phone and try loading the document on your phone.
