Answer:

Microsoft teams only synchronizes Matter information.

If you would like to sync Clio Contacts and/or Calendars to your Microsoft account, you can do so by using the Office 365 Contacts and Calendars Sync feature. Then you can sync Office 365 with Microsoft Teams.
