  • Who is Designated to Receive Automated Bill Reminder Notifications in the Firm?
  • Who receives notifications when the Automated Bill Reminder fails?

Answer:

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Billing
  3. Click on Automated Bill Reminders
  4. Select User under "Send replies to"
