Unable To View Shared Matter As Co-Counsel

Issue:

  • When co counsel tries to click on view matter, it takes to a blue screen with error " Something went wrong. Try again or contact support."
  • Co Counsel unable to sign up with Clio Connect to view shared matter

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Clio Connect

Additional Information:

Cause:

  • Undetermined 

Resolution :

  • Perform a cache clear on your browser.
  • Ask the attorney who shared the matter with you to re share it. For more information on how to re share a matter, click here
