Why Are Secure Messages Sent to Me Not Appearing in My Communications Tab?

  • Locate missing Secure Message.

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Clio Connect

Additional Information:

Answer:

It is possible that the secure message was sent to a Clio Connect account instead of to a Firm Account. This can happen when the User sending the Secure Message selects a Contact within the To: dropdown instead of a User.
