Answer:

  • Sync with Quickbooks Online may not working at the moment. Please give it 1-2 hours to see if the sync occurs.
  • If the issue is still occurring, please disconnect and reconnect with Quickbooks Online.
  • If the issue is still occurring after this, for further assistance, please call Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 (ex. 2). We are open 24 hours, Mondays to Fridays.
