- Every time you update a contact information on Zapier, on Clio Manage side, it is normal for duplicates of phone number or email address (even if you didn't update either of them) to show up. There is nothing in Zapier to say "Update this particular email address" or even 'Don't update the email address, create a new one instead". The behaviour is to always create a new one, which is the nature of the integration.
- You would need to delete the duplicates on the Clio Manage side.
