When a paid appointment is booked through the the Clio Grow Scheduler, temporary information is created in Clio Grow and Clio Manage to hold the appointment, and to process the payment, while the client is filling in payment details. If the payment is not completed within 10 minute, these temporary details are removed automatically.
This will include:
- A contact in Clio Grow
- A Matter in Clio Grow
- An appointment on the Matter in Clio Grow
- A Contact in Clio Manage
- An appointment on the appropriate calendar in Clio Manage
