Issue:
- Sending and copying Emails not appearing in the Communications Tab.
- Email not saved in Communications Tab.
- Email not saved through Maildrop.
- Email does not appear in Communications Tab.
Environment:
- Clio Manage
Additional Information:
- Email logs that have not been logged in the Communications Tab would need to be resent in order to log the information.
Resolution:
Add an Email Alias and resend the emails in order to log information as a workaround.
