When I Apply Client Fund Payments to Bills, Why Won't It Auto-Fill?

Question:

  • When I apply payments to a Bill from Client Funds, in the Record Payment screen I select Payment Source and the amount to be paid does not auto-fill?

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • When applying direct payments or credit card payments to bills, the field will auto-fill. However, this is not always the case with Client fund payments

Answer:

At this time, only Direct/Credit Card Payments will auto-fill.
