Why Do Some Custom Fields Appear Under General in a Matter/Contact?

  • Why do some Custom Fields appear under the General section in a Matter or Contact?

Answer:

Individual Custom Fields that are not part of a Field Set will appear under General when you edit a Matter or Contact.
