Your internet browser may be blocking the download, so you simply need to allow your browser to download the file from Clio. Please follow the instructions below to give download permission to your browser:
- Check the URL bar on the top of your internet browser
- Click on the icon located on the right side, on the left of the Star (used to "bookmark a page")
- Select "Always allow..." to allow your browser to download your Bill, and click "Done"
- Try to download the Bill again
