When Going to Record a Payment, Why Does the Total Amount Show a "-" Instead of a Balance?

There is a pending Credit Card Payment for the amount that is outstanding. You can confirm this by clicking on Clio Payments sub-tab while in the Invoice. If the payment status shows as Authorized it is still currently being processed by LawPay. 


If there is no pending Credit Card Payment, but you see a "-" for the amount due when recording a payment, please contact Clio Support.
