Why are Bills not Being Sent to the Clients Updated Email Address?

If a bill or resource was shared with your client via Clio Connect, the Clio Connect email address would supersede the client's primary email address even after it has been updated. To ensure your client receives the bills you are sending to their updated email address, please have your client log in to their Clio Connect account to update their email address.
