Answer :
It is possible. However, this is not something that Clio would have control over. In order for this to work, Two things are required: 1. An application/program on your computer to be able to open up your browser upon starting your computer. 2. Your browser is set to have Clio open as one of the starting pages.
Unfortunately, Clio is unable to recommend an application that would be able to control which programs are to open immediately upon your computer being turned on.
