Why Can't I See My Custom Fields in ElderCounsel?

  • Why can't I see my Custom Fields for Mapping in ElderCounsel?

  • Clio Manage
  • ElderCounsel

Answer:

If you cannot see the Custom Fields from Clio Manage in ElderCounsel this could be due to the ElderCounsel version you are using. Please contact ElderCounsel for more information to change your ElderCounsel account to a Beta Account and then the Custom Fields will populate.
