You can add time to a Client Portal by finding the appropriate client portal in the Client Portals list in the global communications tab or the communications subtab of a contact or matter. Click the Add Time button and follow the prompts to add the appropriate time to the client portal. Keep in mind multiple entries can be added per client portal. To add subsequent time for a communication sent, click on the existing time that has been added. A new window will pop up showing the existing time entries added. A button in Blue to add time entry will be available to now add a subsequent entry.
