- Learn more about Clio Grow's WordPress security details
- Clio Grow
Clio's WordPress plug-in compatibility and security has been tested up to WordPress 5.8.0. Details regarding the plug-in can be found below:
- The WordPress plugin has multiple spam filtering features in place including reCAPTCHA, Honeypot, domain blacklisting and an API endpoint that will result in error if two identical requests are sent, thus reducing the risk of spam/bulk spamming.
- The submissions go to Grow's Lead Inbox, which is a specific feature that allows you to triage any lead that enters the product before adding the lead to the rest of your contacts. This allows the firm more control of what is added to the sales Pipeline and data as a whole.
- From the firm website point of view, this is a very simple API endpoint that does not communicate with the firm’s website other than being placed on it via a shortcode. None of the information submitted through the form is stored on WordPress or the website.
