- What to do when getting error uploading LEDES file to Legal Exchange.

This is due to the Client ID in Clio not matching with the Client ID in Legal Exchange.
To fix this:
- Find and copy the Client ID number listed within the Error Log in the Logs tab within Legal Exchange.
- In Legal Exchange go to Firm Info > Client ID > Client Name and then Edit.
- Find the Client from the dropdown and input the Client ID number from the error log ie. 1503661034 and click Save.
- Try re-uploading the LEDES file to Legal Exchange.
