Why am I Receiving the Error "We're sorry The Page You're Trying to Access is No Longer Active." When Clicking on the Payment Link on a Bill?

Objective:

  • Error "We're sorry The Page You're Trying to Access is No Longer Active." When Clicking on the Pay Online Option on a Bill

Additional Information:

Answer:

  • The error appears when the Bill is still in a Draft State and Client or User is attempting to make a payment. Payments can only be recorded and accepted on Approved Bills.
