Issue: When Creating a Calendar Event, Shows the Client doesn't Have a Mobile Number to Send a Text Notification but the Contact does.

Issue:

  • Can't send a text notification to a Client that I have confirmed has a mobile number 
  • Calendar event saying Client doesn't have a mobile number
  • Can't send SMS for Calendar event

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Cause: 

  • The confirmation of which number to send Text Messages to has not been selected in the edit Contact page. 

Resolution:

  1. Navigate to the Contact in question
  2. Click Edit Contact in the top right
  3. Scroll to the Phone Number and confirm there is one set to Mobile
  4. Select a phone number below in the drop down to confirm which number will receive the text notification brandy_bee_-_Edit___Clio_-_Google_Chrome_2021-09-13_09.32.38.png
  5. Click Save Contact
