- Trust request is paid via Clio Payments and the payment is in a Completed status, but the status is Unpaid

- Please confirm that there are no duplicate Trust Requests under the Client and Matter Level
- Check the Transactions tab (or Online Payments tab) to confirm that funds have gone into the correct Trust Request #
