Why Is an App Integration Not Showing in My Account?

Question:

  • A User Added a 3rd Party App Integration but it is not connected in my account.

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

Please log into your Clio Account and navigate to App Integrations > My Integrations:

If the App is not appearing please navigate back to the main App Integrations page, search for the App you'd like to integrate, and follow the prompts to add it to your account.

In most cases, each User in the Account will have to individually add the App by following the steps above.
