Issue: Currency Type Listed as "Null" in Accounts and Transactions Tabs


  • When going to the Transactions tab of a Matter or Contact, or the Accounts tab the Currency type on the bottom shows as "Null" beside the Total (ie: instead of CA$3,000.00 it shows as null3,000.00)


  • Clio Manage




1. Click Accounts tab
3. Click the name of the Operating/Trust account
4. Under Details (top left), Currency is Blank
5. Click Edit on the top right
6. Clicked on Update Bank Account button on the bottom
7. Currency will show up in Currency column in Details + 'Null' will be replaced with the appropriate currency in the Transactions tabs/Accounts tab
