How Will I Be Notified of Fraudulent Activity on My Account?

Question:

  • How will I know if a payment was high risk?
  • Will I be informed if a Client is trying to commit fraud?
  • Will the payment be blocked if the Client is determined to be high risk?

Additional Information:

Answer:

If a payment was determined to be high risk, Clio will decline the transaction and notify the firm that the transaction was declined because it was flagged as a high fraud risk.
