Can a Client Choose Between Appointment Types From an Appointment Workflow Email?

  • Only the sender can specify the appointment type when using the Create New Appointment workflow from a Matter

Workaround: Create an Email Template with your Firm Scheduler link, allowing the recipient to choose between appointment types. Go to:


1. Settings

2. Scheduler Settings

3. Copy link (Under Firm Scheduler)

4. Select Email Templates

5. New "Other" Template 

6. Paste the Firm link within the Body of the Email, and customize as desired.
