Answer:
Plaid supports over 11,000 financial institutions in the US, and they’re continuously working on adding more. If your client can not see their bank listed, there may be two reasons why:
- Their bank is not supported by Plaid.
- Their bank is not supported by our current integration with Plaid.
Unfortunately, if their bank is not supported by Plaid your client will not be able to pay using an eCheck.
