Clio Connect Users Cannot Download a Shared File, Error Message "Whoa there, that change can't be made. Try something else"

Issue:

Cannot download a file in Clio Connect, error message "Whoa there, that change can't be made. Try something else"
Why can't I download my file on Clio Connect?

Additional Information:

Cause:

Related to the Clio Connect contact first and last name if it exceeds 64+ characters total

Procedure:

Current workarounds are as followed:

Clicking on details and clicking on the version of the document will prompt a download
Updating the First and last name fields to be less than 64 characters combined resolves the issue
