Why Am I (as a User) Unable to See Calendar Entry in Clio Connect?

Question:

  • Clio User Unable to View Calendar Entry in Clio Connect Portal

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Clio Connect

Additional Information:

  • Only a non-User "attendee" is able to view their shared Calendar Events in Clio Connect.

Answer:

As a User, when adding yourself as an "attendee" to a Clio Calendar Event, your event will appear on the designated Calendar in Clio Manage.  As such, it will not reflect in the Clio Connect Calendar, since it has already been listed in Clio Manage.
