  • Is a phone number required for the contact to schedule an appointment from their Matter in Grow?

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

  • Booking via a public Scheduler link does require an email address and phone number
  • To create a new appointment from the Matter Workflow, click here

Answer:

No, although the contact must have a valid email address in order to send the appointment confirmation or Scheduler link, they do not need a phone number.
