• Use Click-to-pay links on your emails or website to take payments online first, or QR codes on your website or in-person on display at your office. Create client profiles and apply payments later.
• In-office or over the phone - Bookmark this link to easily charge clients in the office or on the phone. Clients also have the option to use their mobile device’s camera to scan a QR code in person and pay on the spot.
• Emails or PDF documents - Copy and paste this link into client emails, or other shared documents.
• Firm website - Embed this link to your firm’s website when including click-to-pay links, or generate a QR code within the online payments tab and display it digitally.

1. Click Online Payments
2. Click New charge 
3. Click Charge Payment

Procedure for QR codes:

1. Click Online Payments
2. Click New charge 
3. Click Generate QR Code
