Why Can't I Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment in Grow Scheduler?

Question:

  • Why don't I see the option to cancel or reschedule an appointment in Clio Grow?
  • Why don't I have the option to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

  • The appointment type is set up to go to the Lead Inbox. This does not allow the option to reschedule, since you can reject the appointment and no Contact exists in Grow yet. 

Resolution:

Change the appointment type to Add new appointments directly to pipeline.
