Can Clio Scheduler Reflect the Client's Local Timezone When a User Books Their Appointment?

Question:

  • Can Clio Scheduler Reflect the Client's Local Timezone When a User Books Their Appointment?
  • Can Displayed Appointment Times be Reflective of a Client's Local Timezone When a User Books Their Appointment?

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

  • When booking using "Quick Appointment" or "Create New Appointment", Users need to manually calculate the timezone difference when booking on behalf of the client and to update the wording reflected in the confirmation email to also include the start time in the client's local timezone.

Answer:

No, currently this is a limitation within Clio Scheduler. Customers may select their timezone while making appointments through public scheduling links or when sent a scheduling link via Email, however, you cannot change the timezone to be localized when creating appointments internally via "Quick Appointment" or "Create New Appointment".
