Answer:
In Clio for Clients app, the email button under "My law firm" will be populated with the email address your firm has designated as the Client Contact Email in your Manage account's settings. By default, this field is set to the administrator's email address.
It is possible to change the email linked to the Clio for Clients contact information by going to:
1. Settings
2. Account and Payment Info
3. Scroll down until Client Contact Email
4. Change the email and save the information
Important: The changes in this section will be reflected for all Clio for Client portals.
