Use client portals to securely communicate with clients from your phone or tablet using the Clio mobile app. The Clio mobile app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. Client portal messages are sent to clients through Clio for Clients.
Accessing client portals and sending client messages
To view a client portal, tap on the inbox icon on the home screen:
This will open your inbox which is where you will find the client portals that you are a participant of. From here, you can tap on a client portal to open it. Note: you cannot create new client portals or join a client portal from the mobile app at this time. If you’d like to see this in the app, we’d like to hear this feedback. Please share your feedback with Clio’s support team using the contact information at the bottom of this page.
From the client portal, you can type a message to your client and tap the blue up arrow to send. Note that you cannot share documents through client portals from the Clio mobile app at this time, but documents that have been shared to the client portal can be opened by tapping on the document name.
