Xero: an Existing Invoice With Specified Type and Invoice ID Could not be Found

Issue:

  • Xero Error: invoice could not be found
  • Xero: an Existing Invoice With Specified Type and Invoice ID Could not be Found

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Cause:

Unconfirmed but invoice information exists somewhere in Xero that is not visible to the user but its held within its database preventing the bill from syncing from Clio to Xero

Resolution:

Void and regenerate the bill.
