Invalid Scope Error When Authenticating Zoom Integration

Additional Information:

  • This bug is only occurring for Customers who have authenticated with Zoom, have disconnected on Clio's side, and are then attempting to sign in to Zoom



  1. You may be logged into Zoom in another tab. Log out of Zoom in any tabs or complete a browser Cache Clear, in order to resolve this issue.

  2. When signing into Zoom to re authenticate the integration with Clio, the URL has a piece that reads:
  • &scope=user:read%20meeting:write%20meeting:read
  • Delete this completely from the URL and then press enter
