Why Are My Scheduled Emails Blocking Scheduler Appointment Times?

Question:

  • Why are my scheduled emails affecting available times on the Firm Scheduler? 
  • Why can't my clients book at the same time as my scheduled emails? 
  • My scheduled emails are interfering with Scheduler appointment times

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

Answer:

Scheduled emails are being added to the calendar. You can turn off this feature by navigating to: 

  1. Settings
  2. Email & Calendar
  3. Uncheck Add scheduled emails to my calendar

Changes will be saved automatically.
