"Something Went Wrong" Error When Sending a Document for E-signature with Docusign Integration

Step 1: Remove Access to DocuSign Integration

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Go to App Integrations
  3. Go to My Integration
  4. Click Remove Access 

Step 2: Reenable the DocuSign Integration

  1. Enable the integration with Clio by visiting
  2. Make sure you select your correct region 
  3. Click Allow Access
  4. When prompted, log in to your DocuSign account
