Why Am I Receiving a Payment Failure Email?

Additional Information:

Answer:

  • If your client's payment is declined for any reason you will receive an email notification outlining the details of the transaction as well as the reason for the failure.
  • Your clients will also receive a notification indicating they need to reattempt their payment.
