A "Completed" status on a Clio Payments transaction indicates that the transaction has been successfully processed.

NOTE: Though you may receive a notification in Clio Manage indicating a successful payout, there may be additional wait time for the funds to be deposited into your bank account. This timeframe varies depending on your client's payment method (e.g credit card or eCheck) and the bank that is processing the transaction.

Kindly check your bank account to confirm that your payout has been deposited into your bank account. You can also generate a Deposit Report to view a detailed breakdown of the individual transactions that make up each day's payout from Clio Payments. Finally, if it has been up to 7 business days since the transaction was marked "Completed" and the funds have not yet been deposited into your bank account, please contact us.
