Issue: Default Custom Fields Are Not Appearing When Creating a New Matter

Issue:

  • When clicking "Save and create new Matter" on the Edit Contact page to create a new Matter default custom fields do not appear in the Custom Field section of the New Matter page

Answer:

Workaround: 

Default Custom Fields should appear when you create a new Matter by clicking the "New Matter" button on either the general Matters page or the Contact Dashboard.
