Why is the Preview Bill Email Payment Link expired?

Question:

  • I sent a preview email of my client's Bill, why is the payment link expired?

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

  1. The Bill hasn't been Approved yet. It is still in the Draft or Awaiting Payment stage.
  2. You do not have Clio Payments enabled.
  3. You do not have your Trust or Operating account connected between Clio and LawPay.
